Consultation

Consultations are great for the beginning of any new project or tackling new features or problems within an exisiting project. Consultations are here to provide more oversight of what you're doing and how you want to provide solutions. This level of expertise needs forsight to anticipate any problems and delivery the latest technology as quickly as possible without the mistakes that costs companies huge sums of money. My consultation fee will be £199 for 3 hours of video conferance, providing solutions and technical insight to building your projects.

Training

When creating a new business venture, infrastructure or anything technical and scaling a team can be challenging. Well now it can be easier by hiring my services to create content that scales. Teaching new and exisiting team members all of your practices, workflows and projects, this will take the onboarding process down from days to hours and when you factor in the cost over hiring many team members this will be even more important when it comes to scale.

Training can also mean training in how to approach problems, learning team structure and providing more knowledge and insight into how to speed up application development and resolving conflicts within the team.

In training terms the price will be based on volume of content, this will usually be around £199 to £299 a day. If it's a large scale program then flexibility here can be adjusted instead of timed pricing we can change to a product based pricing structure where the demand and price are set at the same time.

Code Reviews

When creating very large projects you need technical overviews of complex systems making easy. You also need to see where any serously complex code that needs simplifing before it costs you thousands of pounds in development time to fix issues. Building quality systems requires some reviews perodically from an independant third party to keep things on track.

I have personally worked with many companies having many differinng issues. Most of those issues would've been an easy fix but unfortunately the problems where not detected down the line and allowed to mushroom into spegette code, over inflated and very hard to change. I've personally seen how these mistakes take 2 or 3 hour jobs into days and even weeks trying to fix issues. Sevear Memory leaks, inconsistent interfaces and code redundancy always leads to massive complications in all project types.

Basic principles need to be applied consistently. Spend more time building the right way than fixing inconsistencies in design, code and architecture as these projects can quick spiral. This has personally cost companies in tallent as well, if your code is not consistenct, easily managable and a good deliverable you will loose talent to other competitors who can pay the same but with a lot less pain.

With my code reviews I will give a full report costing £299 for a full document and assetsment on your frontend code with one 24 hour period. For full stack reporting it'd be £999 for a 3 day full stack architectural review, correction and solutions document. This process could save you time, retain your team and save you money. The up front cost is nothing compared to what it could cost you if problems are not spotted today!
